At BetterLearning.ai, we believe a student’s potential should never be dictated by geography or resources. Our platform was born from witnessing a stark disparity: the universal enthusiasm for learning often collides with a lack of equitable access to world-class guidance. Having seen the extreme contrast between exceptionally resourced International Baccalaureate programs and remote tribal schools in Odisha, we recognized an urgent need to level the playing field.

Our mission is to democratize high-quality education by bridging the gap between disparate curricula and resource-constrained environments. At the core of our solution is Bodhii, our advanced AI assistant. Bodhii powers an adaptive learning model meticulously designed to personalize education for every unique learner, adapting seamlessly to frameworks like CBSE, ICSE, and IB.

Dibyajyoti Nayak

Dibyajyoti Nayak – Co-Founder & CEO

Dibyajyoti is an ex-Accenture technologist turned driven entrepreneur who brings a wealth of cross-industry insight to Better Learning.

His entrepreneurial journey includes building and leading an IT venture, serving clients across India and international markets with a diverse range of technology services and products. Through this experience, he developed a strong understanding of how technology translates into practical solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.

With over 12 years of dynamic experience spanning EdTech, IT, and Hospitality, he is the engine behind our company’s overarching vision and execution. Dibyajyoti actively spearheads strategic partnerships and oversees the seamless institutional deployment of our SaaS platform, ensuring our educational solutions integrate smoothly and operate flawlessly at scale.

Gaurav Pattnaik

Gaurav Pattnaik – Founder & CINO

An alumnus of NIT Rourkela and XIMB, Gaurav brings over 20 years of rich, cross-sector experience spanning academics, manufacturing, quality, and consulting. Having navigated both nimble start-ups and Fortune 50 giants, he is a dedicated educator and specialist mentor who has taught Marketing and Operations at the B-Schools as well. He has successfully trained students for MBA and MS programs, guiding them into top-tier global and Indian institutions, including IITs, IIMs, the Ivy League, and Max Planck.

Beyond the classroom, Gaurav is the best-selling author of 'Finding Shiva, A Scientific Exploration of the Formless God,' where he analyzes mythology through a scientific lens to nurture critical and scientific thinking in young minds. He designs our courses to make learning genuinely fun and insightful. His mastery across multiple domains allows him to break down complex topics using simple, relatable examples tailored to each student's unique background, enabling true deep learning. Vivaan Nayak

Vivaan Nayak – Co-Founder & CTO

A passionate AI enthusiast and batch topper, Vivaan leads the development of our platform's deep-tech engine. Having transitioned from the CBSE curriculum up to the 10th grade into the IB program for 12th, he intimately understands the best of both worlds—and the critical gaps between them—which he now actively bridges through BetterLearning.ai.

In 2024, Vivaan founded the AI Club at SAI International, but it was his initiative beyond those walls that truly defined his mission. While conducting AI awareness camps at remote tribal schools across northern and southern Odisha, he witnessed a life changing truth: these students shared the exact same boundless enthusiasm for technology as his peers, yet completely lacked guidance and access to basic resources.

Determined to level the playing field, Vivaan channels his expertise into building advanced cognitive AI systems—powering Bodhii—and highly adaptive learning models that personalize the educational experience for everyone. By architecting and optimizing our scalable "Zero-Access" infrastructure, he ensures that the cutting-edge technology driving our mission of equal-opportunity education remains both exceptionally powerful and uncompromisingly secure.
